Track Meet

Hannah and I helped out a a Malone College Tack meet yesterday. It was so much fun!! I helped rake the pits for the triple-jump, and Hannah just ran around and had lots of fun. One of her favorite things was the steeple chase water barrier, I had to stop her from jumping in a couple of times :0 ) I ran for Malone back when I was was in college...a long time ago...and it was really nice to be able to give back a little bit. Track was an awesome experience for me in college, and some of my best friends, that I am still really close with I met during track at Malone. Speaking of which, if you look really closely, Hannah's onesie says Malone College Track and Field on it :) It was a Christmas gift from my friend Tanya, who I ran with, and who is now one of the assistant coaches at Malone. Thanks Tanya!!

Cousins

We watched Hannah's cousin Caedon today. It was really fun. Hannah and Caedon play really well together, and I know she enjoyed having a buddy around all day!My attempt at being artistic :0 ) They were watching the dog outside.

Big girl undies and other assorted pics :)

This is a dress that I made for Hannah tonight. It came out really well, and I am really excited for her to wear it. I have a special plan for this dress, but you will have to wait a couple of weeks to find out what it is :)

I thought that this was really funny. She got that ribbon from a pack of cards, and the cords from the office. She was running and dragging the cords and thinking she was really cool. I put a stop to it pretty quick though, because I was worried that she would trip on the cords and somehow get wrapped up in them while I wasn't looking...YIKES!!

Hannah picked these undies out herself today. They have Tinkerbell on them, and it was between TInkerbell and Cinderella. Tinkerbell won, even though Hannah has no idea who either one is...she has never seen either movie :)

I let Hannah play in the sink while I was cleaning in the kitchen, and she grabbed this spoon out of the container on the stove, and started drinking out of it. Silly silly silly girl :)

I made myself a dress...

Unfortunately it doesn't fit :( I guess thats why they put those measurements on the back of the patterns...oops!! Steph if you see this and you think this might be something that you could use, let me know and I will bring it when we come visit in May. I took a faraway picture and a close up of the material, so you could check it out. If you click on the pictures it makes them big, so if you want to see that way too, you can.

Beautiful Morning

Last night when I went to bed I was the only one in my bed. When I woke up this morning, I was laying on one side of the bed, Hannah was in the middle, Nick was on the other side, and Maggie (our dog) was at the foot of the bed. How lucky am I to be able to wake up with my little girls little hiney almost in my face, and my hubby fast asleep just an arms length away?! It was certainly a beautiful morning :)
