My father in law, Nicks dad, and the kids grandpa passed away this year on April 24th. He had been fighting pancreatic cancer for 3 years and went home to be with Jesus peacefully on the night of the 24th. It is such a strange mix of emotions...thankfulness for the time we had and for the wonderful man that he was, sadness for all that we will miss in the future, and hope in knowing that we will see him again in heaven.
